New pool added in 2024! This tastefully decorated beach house has a large open living room that will certainly give you a feel of being at a beach retreat!! It has a dining area for 8, central air along with a ceiling fan and a large back deck - chaise lounges, teak dining table set, 5 bikes (one with child seat), new gas Weber BBQ, and outdoor shower. The house is located on a very quiet street in Ocean Beach. Beach chairs & umbrellas, beach towels, sheets and all are included along with extensive kitchen utensils, serving dishes, pots, pans, towels, and washer/dryer. Board games and apple tv in living room.
