    Seaview is a residential community comprised of about 360 homes, situated between the more bustling towns of Ocean Beach and Ocean Bay Park. Even in the peak summer months, Seaviews pristine beaches are never overly crowded. Seaview has its own ferry terminal with service from Bay Shore.
